"Sardonis are all about The Riff. Their debut displays a love for amplifier tones and vintage Sabbath grooves. Black Cobra, Weedeater, and High on Fire comparisons are unavoidable, but the music is so immediate you can't process anything until after they're done hammering your skull. The absence of vocals allow a deeper, more Neitzchian listening experience wherein the abyss stares back at you. My sole complaint is that there aren't enough songs on here.
